Regenerating meetings

check in/ check out

Check in exercises are important to establish a moment of connection among the people present.
We recommend to ask each other how you are doing today and what you need for each other.
Besides connecting, this is good to understand how everyone is approaching whatever is it you are about to do.

Moment of mindfulness / Meditation

Do a little moment of mindfulness. One can lead the mindfulness moment following these steps

Online Energizer

Was auch immer es ist – die Art und Weise, wie du deine Geschichte online vermittelst, kann einen gewaltigen Unterschied ausmachen.

draw your lunch

Necessities: Audio (full experience with video though)
1) The facilitator asks someone who has their video available, to take 15 seconds to draw something that they ate during the day
2) This person then shows what they drew to the camera so that everyone in the meeting can see the image, and then people can use the raise hand option, or hand signals to try to guess what this person drew
3) Try to have a round in which everyone can participate in drawing :)

passing on objects

Everyone sets their view to gallery view. The facilitator selects an object in their field of vision (e.g. a pen), names another person and then passes it to them "in the picture". The presenter receives the item and then passes it on to the next person, and so on. What do I need : Choose a suitable object (potential for exclusion). I recommend being open to this change and

Touch the blue

Necessities: Video and Audio
1) THe facilitator starts with picking something physical that people can touch eg. Touch someting blue! Touch somethings red! Touch a lamp!
2) People will probably have to get up out of their chair at some points, this is the fun part ;)
3) The person who is the last to touch something picks the next thing to “touch”

heartkeeper

Not unlike a timekeeper keeps time, a heartkeeper keeps the overall energy of the group.
Whenever the heartkeeper notices the energy of the group needs a moment of Silence and surrender, the heartkeeper can invite us to ground and connect with our hearts and ourselves once again, supporting the art of allowing whatever it is that is presenting itself in that moment.

round of compliments

At the end of the meeting, try giving each other a compliment! This might be a bit difficult for some people, but it’s always very much appreciated and foster a beautiful moment of connection
